The group will grow cautiously and in a realistic manner according to our general strategic planning in the construction, tourism, ceramics, and energy sectors which constitute our four major business fields.

The eco-friendly and environmentalist approach of our industry group is reflected in the forthcoming investment in wind plants that has been developed by Polat Energy and its subsidiary companies. Growth in the energy sector, especially in wind power, ranks high among the strategic objectives of the group.

Achievement of positive and continuous change and development according to modern management concepts in the holding as a whole is among our most important and indispensable objectives. Our aim is to promote institutional management principles and to provide every opportunity to train and develop our employees as leaders.
